Manage your Protege security system using the mobile phone app

Setup the app

To manage your Protege Security and Access Control system via your mobile phone please download the app first from your app store:

If you already have the app installed then follow the setup instructions on the video below:

The key items in the video you need to know are:

Internal Address: This is the IP address you use to connect to your Protege system from within the office. If you do not know then please ask a Blitz team member.

External Address: This is the IP or URL you use to connect externally. Generally this isn't setup by default as it requires opening ports on your network router. More information to set this up is here or please ask a Blitz team member.

Username/Password: This is setup by your Blitz installer,  If you do not know then please ask a Blitz team member.
